The City of Espoo will reopen the Espoonlahti Service Point on Monday, 10 August 2020. The Service Point has been closed since March due to the coronavirus epidemic.
The customer computers, printers and copy machines at the Espoonlahti Service Point as well as at the other Service Points in Espoo are primarily reserved for those who need to take care of their personal matters with public bodies. The equipment is available to each customer for a limited time, signs have been set up to remind all customers to keep safe distances, and cleaning supplies are available next to the equipment. At least one computer will be available for customers to use in Espoonlahti.
Safe distances are ensured and hygiene instructions are strictly followed at all Service Points. We have acquired protective counter screens and face shields for our face-to-face customer service personnel to improve their and our customers’ safety. Customers are also encouraged to only make brief visits to the Service Points.
“We are very happy that we are finally able to reopen the Espoonlahti Service Point. However, if you have any symptoms of a common cold or any stomach symptoms, do not visit our Service Points. You can also get many things done by calling us and through our chat service. Our general customer service number and chat window are available at www.espoo.fi/customerservice,” says Customer Service Director Kirsi Remes.
Before visiting a Service Point, you should also check if you could use online services instead. For example, you can now top up your HSL travel card online.
