Direct payment

Direct payment is a good option for private customers who have recurring payments. When you use a direct payment service, your bank will automatically pay the agreed invoices from your account on their due dates, in accordance with your authorisation.

The direct payment service is intended for customers who do not use an online bank.

First you give your bank a continuous direct payment authorisation, specifying the invoicer and the reason for invoicing. Your bank will inform the invoicer of your payment method.

The invoicer will send you their invoice and your bank will also receive the details of your invoice. On the due date, your bank will pay the invoice from your account, in accordance with your authorisation.

If you as the payer wish to change the details of a payment due or to cancel a payment, you will have to contact your bank no later than on the business day before the due date.
