This number is open 24 hours a day.
You will receive individual treatment and rehabilitation
Without an appointment or referral
You are welcome to have a a consultation at the clinic in the Iso Omena Service Centre, Suomenlahdenkatu 1, 3rd floor. We will assess your situation and plan your treatment with you. You can participate in group activities on all weekdays. No doctor’s services are available at the consultation, but we will refer you to a doctor if necessary.
Emppu offers detoxification treatment without a referral. The detoxification treatment is carried out in periods of 3–14 days in single or double rooms. To seek detoxification treatment at Emppu, call us between 8 am and 10 pm, tel. 09 8168 3819 or 046 877 3708. If you are using intravenous drugs, you can seek detoxification treatment the Espoo A-Clinic, tel. 040 573 2537.
The sobering-up station provides you with urgent treatment for intoxication. We would like you to call us before you come in. The sobering-up station also provides you with advice and instructions concerning substance abuse treatment around the clock, tel. 09 8163 2469.
If you have substance abuse problems and are homeless, you can seek help at the Olarinluoma reception home. The reception home provides round-the-clock service, tel. 09 8164 0278 and 0500 515 978.
With an appointment
You can make an appointment with a mental health specialist at your local health station. On average, you will get an appointment within 10 working days.
Also on a long-term basis
We can provide you with long-term treatment and support, rehabilitation, housing services or service guidance as necessary. You can also get psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation if needed.
